Intellect Park, Sec 125
We have successfully completed and hand over a grand project of Intellect Park in Sec-125, Noida, a corporate building, on schedule time to reputed corporate houses.
We started construction of Intellect tower, Sec-125, Noida in the month of Oct-2006 by taking a completion projection of 2.5 years and successfully handed over the project in the mid of year 2008 which means within 1.5 years approx. 1 year before the projected completion time.
Intellect park is 1800 Sqmt of ground+8 structure on one parking level basement with Central A/c and 100% Power Back- up . The building vouches for the professionalism endured from conception to delivery as a masterpiece. It helps us in gaining the important insights into the development of modern hi-tech architectural marvels.

We have following 3 ongoing projects:
Urbtech Matrix Tower, Sec 132, Noida
It is a commercial tower on the Noida expressway and is already completed and will be ready for possession within 3-4 months.
In 2009, we have launched Nehru Place Extension (NPX), a commercial project in Sec. 153, Noida. NPX is under construction and the construction has already reached casting of 2nd floor roof. NPX is going to be the most happening business hub on Noida expressway.
Recently, We have launched a premium residential project i.e. “Urbtech 168’s Xaviers” which is also located on proposed FNG & touching expressway surrounded with green environs, this project is a unique one in its own category as it not only cater the luxury customers but also cater and focus on low budgeted customers as Urbtech have three category of flats coming up in this single project, 1) Fully Furnished Studio apartments & 1BHK; 2) Furnished 2/3/4 BHKS; 3) Ultra-Luxurious fully A/c 3/4 BHKS.
Moreover, as per the planning of the group, the project will be timely delivered & thereafter more residential as well as commercial projects are in pipeline as the land-bank for the future projects have already been finalized.
